Terms of use

The service

wendle is a free, non-commercial personal project run by Anastasiia Ovchenko in Portugal. It is provided “as is”, with no promise that it will always be available or free of errors. It may change or end; where possible, you’ll be told in advance.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account, and you must be at least 16.

Your walks and files

Your tracks, files and pins stay yours. You give wendle only the rights it needs to store and process them and to show them to your family.

Upload only data you are allowed to share.

Fair use

Don’t abuse wendle, and don’t try to get at other families’ data. An account that does may be suspended.

Liability

The operator’s liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you and that can’t be waived.

If you leave

You can stop using wendle at any time: delete your account yourself on the “Account and data” page of the avatar menu, or ask for your data to be deleted by writing to hello@wendle.app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal.
